24th Annual Wine, Stein and Dine
March 7 @ Greyhound Park & Event Center, Post Falls
An event featuring tastings from 85+ regional vendors of wine, microbrews and hard ciders, along with foods from a dozen local restaurants and caterers. Includes live music by Bill Bozly and friends, a wine tree raffle and silent auction. Proceeds support Post Falls Education Foundation for innovative classroom grants for teachers of grades K-12.
Emerge Ceramic Throw Down & Cup Frenzy
March 7 @ Human Rights Education Institute, Coeur d’Alene
A lively new event that will raise funds for and bring awareness to Emerge’s pottery program. Due to the recent fire that devastated the studio space and gallery, this event also raises much needed funds to continue the program and help #rebuildemerge. The event features three elements; ceramic artist competition (10 potters), ceramic cup sale (300 items) and pottery sales from participating ceramic artists.
Ham on Regal 2020: To Hamfinity and Beyond
Starts March 8 @ Ferris High School
Ham on Regal is an original musical/comedy show written and performed by Ferris High School parents and school staff. This unique fundraiser enables the Ferris Parent Teacher Group (PTG) to allocate proceeds from the show to various activities including: academics, athletics, administrative and supply needs to classrooms, teachers and students. There are 6 different show times to choose from so no one has to miss out on the fun!
High School Athletics
There are no home sporting events this weekend. However, the District Music Festival begins at 8am on Saturday at Post Falls High School, and Speech districts are this weekend in Post Falls as well.
