Hiking Series: Black Bay, Post Falls
If you follow the blog closely, you know we’re still working on our 66 Day Challenge to get more active. That evolved into doing a hiking series to show folks what kinds of outdoor activities we do here in North Idaho. The latest edition of our Hiking Series: Black Bay Park in Post Falls is below. If hiking mid-winter isn’t your passion, there are lots of Things to Do around Coeur d’Alene.
What are your favorite hiking trails? Do you hike with your pets or kids, or do you commune with nature by yourself? Shep, our Australian Shepard/Husky mix, loves to hike with us, so we try to stick to dog friendly trails. In the video, you can hear him whining at us to get going, already! Even with the cooler weather we’re getting this December, he’s ready to go. So far we still don’t have much, if any, snow on the ground and the skies have been pretty clear, as you’ll see in the video. Hopefully we’ll continue having a mild winter so we can continue our weekly hikes through the new year.
We would love to get some suggestions of places to go next, so leave a comment with your ideas! But for now, take a look at the latest installment of our Hiking Series: Black Bay Park and let me know what you think!
